Pascale Longuet is a bilingual (French–English) and bicultural attorney, admitted to the Bars of Paris and New York. She founded her firm, the Law Office of Pascale Longuet, in New York.
With dual training in French and American law, she naturally focuses her practice on assisting French and international companies with U.S. law matters, particularly their setting up and their related transactions in the United States. Thanks to her dual expertise she has a deep understanding of the legal, linguistic, cultural, and sometimes psychological challenges faced by foreign investors in the North American market.
In this context, the firm prioritizes a personalized approach with its clients. The purpose of this close collaboration is to determine clear, practical, and tailored legal solutions to meet the specific needs of each situation.
The firm supports its clients at every stage of their establishment and development in the United States.
Its main areas of practice under U.S. law include corporate law, commercial law and business law.
The firm also works with specialized colleagues in litigation and arbitration. It regularly collaborates with numerous lawyers and other legal professionals in both France and the United States to ensure that clients receive efficient, coherent, and comprehensive service.
Furthermore, the firm occasionally represents French and American individuals in private law transactions, such as handling the French aspects of estate settlements, liquidation of investment or retirement accounts, and validation of protective legal documents in France.
Pascale Longuet also provides general legal advice in French law.
