Pascale Longuet

Pascale Longuet is a bilingual (French–English) and bicultural attorney, admitted to the Bars of Paris and New York. She founded her firm, the Law Office of Pascale Longuet, in New York.

With dual training in French and American law, she naturally focuses her practice on assisting French and international companies with U.S. law matters, particularly their setting up and their related transactions in the United States. Thanks to her dual expertise she has a deep understanding of the legal, linguistic, cultural, and sometimes psychological challenges faced by foreign investors in the North American market.

Education

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1987 and to the New York Bar in 1990.
Earned an LL.M. from New York University in 1985, and an M.A. (Maîtrise de Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) from Université Paris II, Assas, France, in 1983.

Pascale Longuet regularly participates in continuing legal education conferences. In April 2025, during the Annual Meeting in New York of the International Section of the American Bar Association, she contributed to the plenary conference organized by the Europe Committee: “Ethical Issues when Advising Clients on Possible Invalidity of Administrative Agency Rules in the U.S. and the European Union” — addressing questions of professional responsibility and ethics when advising clients on the potential invalidity of regulations issued by administrative agencies in the United States and in Europe.

Pascale Longuet is a regular speaker in various conferences and interviews, notably sponsored by New York Law School and the French American Bar Association (FABA), as well as by chambers of commerce and professional organizations.
